Where can I see your latest work?

You can follow my process, see new work and learn about sales and updates via Instagram @nicolesdeponte.

Shipping?

I ship nationally, coast to coast. Work over 36 x 36 inches are freighted through our trusted fine art handlers and are fully insured. They will work directly with you and hand deliver your piece, coordinating delivery to ensure convenience and that your piece is placed inside your doorway.

Returns?

I do not accept returns.

Do you offer prints?

I do not offer prints of my work at this time.

** Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen you are using. If you are uncertain about the colors in original paintings, please contact me at depontedesign@gmail.com and I can send you additional images to give you a better sense of the colors.

Framing services?

Please inquire about framing, we are happy to discuss options and make recommendations on a case by case basis at this point.

Do you work with Interior Designers?

If you are an interior designer or decorator, please contact me here for information on designer discounts.

Rights to artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork that I create, including sold and commissioned artwork. I retain the right to reproduce and license images of my work including sold works. Purchasing my work does not in any way give the buyer permission or rights to reproduce or sell my artwork without my written permission. If you are interested in purchasing the rights to any of my artwork, please contact me here to discuss your ideas.
